Mix chicken, cream cheese, nuts and butter together. Spread 1 T. of chicken mixture on roll. Roll up starting from the small end. Seal and brush with melted butter; then roll in crushed stuffing crumbs. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 15-20 min. at 350° Makes 32 roll ups. Topping: Combine 2 cans cream of chicken soup with 2 C. milk. Heat. Can use liquid from cooked chidken as part of liquid. Use flour to thicken and salt and pepper to taste. For flavor a bouillon cube can be added along with 1 tsp. grated lemon peel. Just before serving, add a 1 T. of mayonnaise. |
