Combine and shape into loaf: meats, oatmeal, milk, salt and pepper. Arrange pineapple on top of loaf. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 1 hour.
Glaze:
Mix sugar, mustard, and vinegar and pour over loaf. Return to oven and bake 1/2 hour longer, basting occasionally. Let stand in warm place 15 minutes to absorb meat juices.
