 | Directions | In large saucepan or wok, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef/turkey and cook, stirring occasionally until browned. Add peppers, onions and carrots and cook, stirring frequently, for 2-3 minutes. Add cabbage, soy sauce, water and black pepper. Cover and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook about 10 minutes or until veggies are tender. Serve over rice, if desired. |
