| Directions | Microwave broth for 15-20 seconds. Stir in butter and minced garlic (set aside) In a separate bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and paprika, set aside. Place chicken in a Ziploc bag and pound it out until flat. Sprinkle salt, oregano, and pepper on chicken. Top each breast with ham and mozzarella. Roll chicken, dip in broth mixture and then in bread crumb mixture. Place chicken (seams down) in baking dish, pour remaining broth over chicken. Bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes |
