| Directions | 1.) Melt margarine in a small pan and add wine, garlic, and parsley 2.) Place scallops in a baking dish and sprinkle the lemon juice over the top (lemon keeps the scallops white) 3.) Pour margarine-wine mixture over scallops and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or til desired doneness Garnish w/ lemon wedges Note: Scallops are quite low in cholesterol making this dish a healthy eating choice. |
