| Directions | In a sauce pan over low heat, mix soup and milk together. Add Old Bay, worcestershire sauce and parmesan cheese. Stir over low heat until creamy. Place spaghetti and shrimp in 2 - 3 inch deep frying pan. Pour soup mixture over top and mix together. Cook over medium heat (stirring occasionally) until shrimp and pasta are warm. |

- | | 6 tablespoons Parmesan cheese |
