Breakfast Ham and Egg Cupcakes - Recipe

Directions
Spray a 6 cup muffin pan. Line with 1 slice ham forming a cup out of the ham. In a medium mixing bowl, beat eggs with milk, seasoned salt and pepper until frothy. Add green onions, bell pepper, olives, marjoram and cheese. Stir until all ingredients are blended. Spoon 1/2 cup of the egg mixture into each ham cup. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until eggs are puffed up and set. Carefully remove ham and egg cupcakes to serving platter. NOTE: I have used a regular 12 cup muffin pan and then cooked for less time.

-6 eggs (medium)
-1 tablespoon milk
-1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
-3/4 teaspoon black pepper
-1 tablespoon minced green onion
-2 tablespoons finely chopped bell pepper
-1 tablespoon chopped ripe olives
-1 teaspoon minced fresh marjoram
-1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
