| Directions | Cook chicken breast and debone. Reserve 3/4 cup of broth. Mix chicken, vegetables, sour cream, mushroom soup and chicken broth. Butter an oblong baking dish. Crush Ritz crackers and put a layer in bottom of dish. Pour chicken mixture over crackers. Top with the remaining crushed crackers. Melt butter and pour over crackers. Sprinkle with garlic powder (optional). Bake in 350° oven until golden brown. |
