| Directions | Combine ground beef, 1/4 c.onion, cracker crumbs, egg, and seasoned salt in medium bowl. Shape into 4 - 6 patties. Place remaining onion and celery into 2 quart casserole. Cover. Microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes, until tender. Stir in rice and mushrooms. Add 2/3 c. beef broth and 1/3 c. water. Arrange patties on top. Cover. Microwave on high for 7 1/2 - 10 1/2 min. or until patties are done and rice tender, stirring rice and turning outside edge of patties to inside of dish after 1/2 of cooking time. Pour remaining broth into 1 qt. measure. Add water to 3/4 c. Stir in cornstarch. Microwave on high for 2 - 3 min., until mixture thickens, stirring twice. |
