| Directions | Butter outside of slices of rye bread. Place 4 slices butter side down on griddle or electric frying pan. Spread thousand island dressing on inside of each slice of bread. Place 3 slices of corned beef on bread on griddle. Place slice of swiss cheese and spoonful of sauerkraut on the bread. Place 3 more slices of corned beef and place top piece of bread on top, buttered side to outside. Brown on griddle. Turn and brown on other side. Enjoy. |
