| Directions | Preheat oven to 400°. Cut the 2 chicken breasts in half, set aside. Mix the bread crumbs, salt, pepper and garlic powder in shallow bowl. In a seperate bowl mix the cornstarch and egg whites. Heat a medium sized pan on medium-high heat. Dredge the chicken breasts in the egg mixture, then the bread crumbs and place in the heated skillet. Brown both sides of the chicken. When chicken is a golden brown (the chicken is not done, only browned) place into preheated oven at 400° for 20 minutes. |
