| Directions | Mix all ingredients except Steak together, salt & pepper to taste, in a shallow dish. Add the steaks and turn to coat in marinade. Cover and let chill for at least 2 hours but best if overnight Turning occasionally. Preheat BBQ and oil rack. Let steaks return to room temperature, then remove from marinade. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium, or longer according to taste, basting frequently. |
