Preheat broiler. Oil the broiler pan. Pat steak dry & sprinkle with salt & pepper. Broil steak 3 inches from heat 3 to 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Transfer to a cutting board & let rest, loosely covered with foil, 5 minutes.
Horseradish cream:
In a small bowl stir together sour cream, horseradish, salt & pepper to taste, serve with steak.
