| Directions | Press hamburger in the bottom of a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with milk, salt and pepper. Layer potatoes, then onions, cubed cheese on top and cover with soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. |
