Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Melt 2 Tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook until no longer pink and cooked through, approximately 2-3 minutes. Remove shrimp from skillet. In same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add chicken broth and lemon juice; reduce by half. Reduce heat and add remaining butter. Stir until butter is melted. Add shrimp back in. Serve over pasta if desired. |
