In a small bowl, beat together the eggs & milk. In a separate bowl or ziploc bag, mix the Italian bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese & parsley. If the pork chops are thick, you can pound them thin. Then dip each pork chop into egg & milk mixture, then into bread mixture, coating evenly. In a large skillet, heat olive oil & garlic over medium heat. Add pork chops and brown "low & slow" for about 15 minutes for each side. Serves 4. |
