| Directions | In small bowl, stir mayonnaise, creamy mustard blend and honey, set aside half of mixture. Brush remaining honey mustard on chicken breast. Grill or broil 6 inches from source of heat, turning occasionally 10 to 12 minutes or until tender; slice. On bottom muffin halves, layer-lettuce, chicken, remaining sauce and muffin top. |
