| Directions | Spoon cooked rice into greased 3 qt. casserole (9x12) pan. Layer broccoli over rice. Melt butter; remove 2 T. & sprinkle over bread crumbs in a bowl; set aside. Saut onion in remaining butter. Blend in flour, salt & pepper. Slowly stir in milk. Cook, stirring until thickened. Add ham; heat til bubbly. Pour into casserole dish. Layer cheese over ham mixture. Sprinkle on bread crumbs. Bake 350 45 min or golden. |
