| Directions | Preheat broiler. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Place on broiler pan. Combine butter with remaining 5 ingredients. Brush half of mixture on bottom of side of chicken. Broil, 5-6 inches from heat source, 15 minutes. Turn, brush with remaining butter mixture. Broil 15-20 minutes longer or until chicken is tender and juices run clear when meat is pierced with a fork. *This is a great tasting low calorie dish and easy to fix. |
