| Directions | In a frying pan, brown ham. Place ham in a large casserole. Slice the sweet potatoes over it. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Add water to drippings in the frying pan; heat and blend. Pour 1/2 over sweet potatoes. Cover; bake at 350° for 45 minutes, basting occasionally with remaining liquid. Remove cover. Brown for 15 minutes. Serves 6. |
