Combine the coleslaw mix, mustard, vinegar, oil, pepper, salt and sugar in a medium bowl. Place the tortilla on a microwaveable plate. Cover with a paper towel and microwave until warm, about 15 seconds. Layer the turkey evenly on the tortilla; top with the coleslaw mixture. Fold the bottom over and roll up to enclose the filling. Serve at once or wrap in wax paper and refrigerate up to 4 hours. |
