| Directions | Cut Cornish hens so that they are open and flat. Rinse Cornish hens with water. Mix all ingredients and rub all over hens. Cover hens in baking dish with aluminum foil. Bake at 425 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove foil and drain juices into cup. Place hens back into over for approximately 15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and pour juices over hens and serve. |
