| Directions | Brown pork hocks in skillet of melted butter and oil. Put in pot of boiling water with garlic, caraway seeds, salt and pepper. Cook about 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until hocks are tender. Peel and cut potatoes in quarters as desired. Put potatoes in pot with hocks and cook until potatoes are tender. Add sauerkraut and heat until it is warm. |
