1. Heat oven to 325°F. Set turkey on a rack in a roasting pan. 2. Combine sage, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika in a small bowl. Brush turkey with oil; season with spices. 3. Roast turkey until a thermometer inserted in the center registers 170°F, about 1 hour 35 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board and let stand 10 minutes before carving. |
