| Directions | Cut up chicken. Put lemon juice, salt and pepper over each piece. Dip chicken into beaten egg and milk mixture. Roll in flour and fry brown. Cover pan and cook over slow fire until tender. Remove chicken and add 3 T. flour to hot fat and 1 1/2 C. thin cream. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot. |
