| Directions | Heat margarine in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken about 10 minutes or until brown on both sides. Spoon off fat. Stir in soup, water and pepper; heat to boiling. Add broccoli, reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and broccoli is done, stirring occasionally. |
