| Directions | Heat oven to 400°. Stir lemon juice into milk and let stand a few minutes until thickened. Mix cornmeal, red pepper, and thyme and spread onto large plate. Salt and pepper each fillet. Dip the fillets into the milk mixture; coat with corn meal mixture and transfer to baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° and bake for 5 minutes more or until the crust is golden. |
