| Directions | Brown hamburger meat and onion together until done. Drain well (Can microwave for six minutes). In microwave safe bowl, stir hamburger meat, tomatoes, 1/2 cup of the cheese, uncooked rice, Worcestershire Sauce and seasoning. Arrange peppers on top of meat mixture. Cover and microwave on high for 9 - 12 minutes or until peppers are crisp and tender. Sprinkle with cheese before serving. |
