Slow Cooker Ham with Cheesy Potatoes - Recipe

Directions

Spray 5-6 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix potatoes, cheeses, soup and sour cream. Place in prepared slow cooker.

Cut ham in half and lay on potato mixture.

Cover and cook on low heat for 5-6 hours.

-		1 package frozen diced potatoes with onions and peppers, thawed (28 ounce bag)
-		2 cups shredded cheddar cheese and Monterrey jack cheese, blended
-		1 can cream of celery soup
-		1 package sour cream (8 ounce pkg)
-		3 pounds fully cooked smoked ham
