Directions
Cover your ham with water in a large pot and boil for 8 hours. Remove fat and bones and shred. Mix mustard with brown sugar (add more or less of each to taste). Mix and pour over shredded ham. You may need more sauce with a larger ham. Put in a roasting pan and bake for about 2 hours on 325° or put in a crock pot and warm on low. Serve on your favorite kind of bun. Feeds a crowd and leftovers freeze well. Tip: I usually cook the ham the day before I want to serve. Once meat is cooled, I shred and cover and store in fridge overnight. The next day is when I make the sauce and cover and reheat approximately 2 hours before I want to serve.

Ingredients

-20 ounces mustard (I use 12 ounce honey mustard & 8 ounce honey Dijion mustard)
