8 Hours Soak (16 lb. Turkey soak for 12 hours) Drain, pat dry, cover with about 3 T. oil. Bake at 500°F for 15 minutes. 350°F until internal temperature reaches 150°F. Take out of oven and cover with foil wait 1/2 hour to serve. Check temperature in thickest part of breast until reaches 160°F. |
