| Directions | Brown meat in margarine on all sides. Place 1/2 of meat in casserole and add 1/2 of vegetables. Repeat with balance of meat and vegetables. Dissolve bouillon cubes in 1 1/2 C. boiling water and pour over meat and vegetables. Cover and bake in 325° oven for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. |
