Oven Roast - Recipe

Directions

Place meat in roasting pan and surround it with cut vegetables. Sprinkle with pepper. Cover with tomato soup (do not add water).

Roast at 350 degrees for 3 hours.

-		1 beef roast (3 to 4 3 lb )
-		3 carrots cut into 1 inch chunks
-		3 potatoes cut into 1 inch chunks
-		1 can tomato soup
-		pepper to taste
