Directions

Place Cheese Nips crumbs in 1 gallon bag. Beat eggs on a dinner plate.

Rinse Pork Chops and dry. Dip Pork chops in egg and place in cracker crumbs and shake. Do one at a time. Place on a sprayed piece of foil on cookie sheet (Makes clean up easier) Bake 400 for 50 mins. or 275 for 3 hours.
