Cook pasta according to the package instructions; set aside and keep warm. Melt butter in a large heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and garlic. Cook stirring constantly 3-5 minutes or until the shrimp turns. Remove shrimp leaving garlic butter in the skillet. Add half and half to the skillet; bring to a boil stirring gently. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add shrimp, parsley, salt, pepper and dill weed. Stir until blended. Serve over pasta. |
