Heat cream cheese. Combine cream cheese, tomatoes and shoepeg corn. Place in oven @ 325 F for about 15 minutes. Top with cheddar cheese and retunr to oven until cheese has melted. Serve with chips.
This can also be prepared in microwave oven.
