| Directions | Moisten chicken with water; shake off excess. Shake chicken, 1 or 2 pieces at a time, in shaker bag with coating mix. Discard any remaining mix and bag. Place chicken in 15x10x1-inch baking pan lined with foil or sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until fully cooked. Makes 6 to 8 servings. |
