| Directions | Place ribs meat side up on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Broil for 15-20 minutes or until browned. Cool; cut into serving size pieces. Combine sauce ingredients and brush both sides of each piece of ribs and lay in slow-cooker. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour; reduce heat to low and cook for 3-4 hours or until ribs are tender. Yield: 4 servings. |
