| Directions | Combine Parmesan & breadcrumbs in a shallow dish. Dip chicken into beaten egg and then into bread crumb mixture. Arrange chicken in a 13 x 9" baking dish. Bake 20 minutes, uncovered, in preheated 400° oven. Pour pasta sauce over chicken and top with the shredded cheese. Bake 10 minutes longer or until chicken is done. Serve with pasta. |
