Place chicken in shallow baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar and shake well to blend. Pour over chicken, cover tightly and marinate in refrigerator for 6-8 hours or overnight, turning chicken occasionally. Remove chicken from refrigerator about an hour before grilling. Place chicken on medium heat grill, skin side up and cook about 10-15 minutes. Turn chicken and cook an additional 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. NOTE: Chicken may be cooked in oven. Place 8 inches from broiler. |
