| Directions | Preheat oven to 200°. Place brisket in one half C. of water. In a large baking pan, mix all ingredients and place on brisket. Bake over night. Pour 4 to 5 T. of Braque sauce over the brisket sprinkle additional 2 T. of season all and 1 T. black pepper over the brisket. Rub in well. Cook fo10 additional minutes. |
