| Directions | For the crust combine ingredients in a mixer with knead attachment and blend until dough forms. Roll out dough and put into greased quiche pan. Begin layering your quiche with a thin layer of chicken (approximately 1/2 of the chicken), 1/2 cup black beans, 1/4 cup corn, 1/4 cup tomatoes, 3/4 cup mozzarella and top with the spices. Layer with the other half of the chicken, 1/4 cup black beans, 1/4 cup corn, 1/4 cup tomatoes and 3/4 cup cheddar cheese. Top with sweet banana pepper rings. Mix eggs and heavy cream together and pour over quiche. Bake 350° for 1 hour or until golden brown. |
