| Directions | Mix salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, olive oil and beef broth in a shallow dish. Reserve about one-third of the marinade. Add beef to dish; toss to coat. Refrigerate covered for at least 30 minutes. Cut peppers and onions into 1-inch chunks. Drain beef and discard marinade in dish. Thread beef onto skewers and toss peppers and onions in a grilling wok. Grill beef and vegetables, turning and basting the steak frequently and stirring and basting vegetables frequently. In the last 10 minutes of grilling, add mushrooms to the wok. Grill until steak is cooked until desired doneness and vegetables are cooked. While grilling, cook box of rice according to package directions. Take steak off skewers and add steak and vegetables to rice. Stir and serve. |
