Stuffed Mushrooms with Cheese - Recipe

Parmesan cheese fills these tender mushrooms to make them melt in your mouth. This will be a great appetizer at your next get together.

Stuffed Mushrooms with Cheese Recipe
Directions
Wash and remove mushroom stems. Chop stems up finely.

Cook onion in olive oil until golden.

Add chopped stems, salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes; cool.

Add egg, bread crumbs and cheese. Mix thoroughly. Stuff into caps.

Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.
