Breakfast Egg Casserole - Recipe

Crescent rolls create a crust for this sausage, egg and cheese breakfast casserole. Brown up the sausage in advance so you have everything ready to put it to gether for company in the morning.

Directions
Preheat oven to 325°. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray.

Unroll and spread crescent rolls on bottom of the pan. Bake crescent rolls for 7 minutes.

Meanwhile, brown the breakfast sausage. Spread the browned sausage over the crescent rolls.

Add salt, pepper and cheeses to the beaten eggs. Pour egg mixture on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

-10 eggs, beaten

-1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
-1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
