| Directions | Rub inside of pork loin with salt. Roll and tie. Combine remaining ingredients to make marinade. Rub into roast. Let marinade for 6 hours or overnight. Bake, covered, at 350° for 2 to 2-1/2 hours. Yield: 8 servings. |
