| Directions | Trim fat from pork loin and cut into 1 inch squares. Place meat in a crock pot and add onion and 1 or 2 bottles of Mesquite BBQ sauce. (Amount of sauce will depend on size of pork loin.) Cook for 4 to 6 hours. Remove meat chunks from crock pot and using 2 forks; shred meat until fine. Add desired amount of sauce from crock pot to shredded meat. Serve on onion rolls. May garnish with lettuce, tomato or slaw. |
