| Directions | Cook cabbage leaves 2 to 3 minutes in boiling water until limp. Drain leaves. Combine beef, pork, rice, egg, milk, seasonings, onion and carrots. Mix well. Place a tablespoon of meat mixture in center of each leaf. Fold in sides and roll to cover meat. Place in baking pan, pour tomato sauce over top and bake for 1 hour at 350°. |
