Directions
Cook cabbage leaves 2 to 3 minutes in boiling water until limp. Drain leaves. Combine beef, pork, rice, egg, milk, seasonings, onion and carrots. Mix well. Place a tablespoon of meat mixture in center of each leaf. Fold in sides and roll to cover meat. Place in baking pan, pour tomato sauce over top and bake for 1 hour at 350°.

-1 1/2 pounds hamburger
-1/4 pound pork sausage
-1/2 cup cooked rice
-1 egg
-1/3 cup milk
-1 teaspoon Salt
-1/4 teaspoon pepper
-2 tablespoons chopped onion
-1 carrot (shredded)
-1 can tomato sauce (8 ounce can)
