| Directions | Salt ribs and roast in oven at 450° for 30 minutes. Drain off grease. Combine remaining ingredients to make sauce. Top ribs with sliced onions and lemons and bake at 350° for 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Pour sauce over ribs at the start of the hour. Baste every 15 minutes. |
