Chicken: Combine marinade ingredients. Marinate chicken 4 to 6 hours. Grill chicken and serve with salsa.
Salsa: Toss pineapple, cilantro, red onion, jalapeno pepper, lime juice and olive oil in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with chicken (or can be served as an appetizer with chips).
